We use the Time to Pet website/app to send reports and messages to our clients about their furry friend.

Through the app, these are some of the things we can provide:

When you first join us, we'll talk you through how to use the software and provide you with a user guide to make your life easier.

I honestly can’t recommend My Three Cats enough. Their service is fantastic. Our cat sitter, Lorna, is amazing. She knows everything about our little Kitty and takes such good care of her while we are away. We get updates with photos and videos so our minds are completely at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Just brilliant.

We have been using My Three Cats for a long time and I can’t rate the service and experience high enough. We go away knowing our cats are being well looked after. They’re always very chilled out when we get home. Wendy and Eloise are brilliant with them. The time to pet app is great. We love getting the updates and photos after each visit. Helps us feel connected while we are away. It’s also great that someone is opening and closing curtains each day, putting bins out etc.

Our five cats have just enjoyed another weekend being looked after by the lovely Sophie. It was really important to us to find a cat sitting service where the sitters would spend time fussing and playing with the cats as well as attending to their feeding and litter tray needs. Sophie looks after them all as if they were her own, making sure their individual quirks are catered for and spending time cuddling, fussing and playing with them. She sends us the most lovely updates during each visit. I'm sure they can't wait for us to go away again so they can have fun with Sophie!!

Absolutely amazing pet sitter! Eloise took incredible care of our cat, Chester, while we were away. She was reliable, trustworthy, and went above and beyond to ensure Chester’s happiness and well-being. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind. Fantastic care from My Three Cats for our lovely boy James! Wendy went above and beyond to make sure James was cared for, felt safe and all his needs were met when we were away overnight recently. We felt totally reassured and knew he was in good hands. Loved reading the update report and pics and video of our boy safely at home. Totally appreciate this after a stressful cattery experience previously. Thank you My Three Cats! Highly recommend ☺️

Eloise looked after our Cat when we went away for 10 days. She was absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for your cats. There was a situation where our cat went wandering and her tracker showed that she was a significant way from home, Eloise and the team worked hard to get her back before it became dark.
