I cannot recommend My Three Cats highly enough! Eloise looked after my 2 elderly kitties for 2 weeks while I was away on holiday. The regular messages, pictures and updates via the portal meant I could relax knowing the cats were happy and well taken care of. Wendy and Eloise were both fantastic, and helped me out at short notice when a vehicle breakdown meant I couldn't get back as planned. Very lovely, kind and caring; you couldn't ask for better!

Eloise was an absolute gem of a cat sitter! She looked after our two cats, Sushi and Miso, and I couldn’t have been happier with how much care and attention she gave them. From the moment we met, she was warm, friendly, and clearly a cat lover, which made me feel super comfortable right away.
While I was away, Eloise kept me in the loop with regular updates and adorable pictures, which meant so much. She made sure Sushi and Miso were not just fed but also happy and entertained. From the photos, I could tell they were completely relaxed and having a great time in her care.
When I got back, the cats were happy, calm, and the house was exactly as I left it. It’s clear that Eloise really loves what she does and takes great care of the pets she looks after. If you’re looking for someone to treat your cats like her own, I can’t recommend her enough!

I have been using My three cats for a number of years now and I couldn't speak highly enough of Wendy & her team!! If it wasn't for Wendy & her team I wouldn't be able to go on holiday. I would never put my cats in a cattery and I find the service that My three cats provide an excellent other option to a cattery and my cats are all very happy staying at home in the wonderful caring hands of Wendy & her team. Everyone at my three cats are wonderful! I couldn’t ask for better care of my two girls. I’ve recently had family illness and bereavement which has meant I’ve had to leave home for periods of time at very short notice. Nothing has been too much trouble for Wendy and the team. They’ve really helped get me through this difficult time without having to worry about Bella and ruby. I am so grateful 💜 I loved the daily photos and updates which made me smile when times were sad. I used My Three Cats for the first time recently and couldn’t fault the daily communication from Sue to give us updates and pictures of our cats. The app allows you to reply as well in case there’s any issues, which is a big relief when you’re away. Much better experience than putting them in the cattery and have already booked them again for when I next go away 🐱 thank you again!

We didn’t want to put Theo in a cattery so researched and found My Three Cats. The process to enquire and book was so easy especially with the Time to pet app. Fiona, our sitter, visited beforehand to meet Theo - she was so lovely and we knew straight away that we had made the right decision for our family. My Three Cats also arranged for a lock box to be installed. Fiona kept us updated daily via the Time to pet app and posted gorgeous photos of Theo. They are both so friendly, kind and welcoming but above all I felt so comfortable and confident of their care of my cat whilst I was away. Our cats are much happier staying at home and having the cat sitters visit from My Three Cats than they used to be at a cattery. Our two cats just love Wendy and Eloise and have lots of cuddles with them when they come to visit.
It's very easy to book visits using the Time to Pet app and we always look forward to the updates that we receive after each visit. The photos and detailed updates we receive during our holidays really put our minds at ease as we know our cats are being well looked after whilst we are away.

Fabulous service! I feel so comfortable knowing that my 2 cats are looked after by My Three Cats. The app makes booking, paying and keeping in touch so simple, and the messages and photos from every visit are so reassuring.
They keep an eye on the house, close curtains, put bins out, lock doors, and take packages in, all of which is so helpful.
One of my cats is scared of people, but since Eloise has been looking after him and his brother, he has got so much braver; they both love her!
I wouldn't use any other cat sitting service.

Really great! My rather shy cat Rose took to Wendy very quickly when she came for her meet and greet visit. Wendy sent photos of Rose at each visit, which was very reassuring, and I came home to a relaxed cat who didn't seem too bothered that I'd been away.

I couldn't recommend this business and the service they provide highly enough! Wendy and Elie have gone above and beyond for my two cats and it gives me peace of mind when we go away to know that they are in such competent and safe hands. Yes, a cattery might be cheaper but I wouldn't use any other cat-sitting or -boarding service now that I have found My Three Cats.

We have 2 juvenile (delinquent) cats, Dottie & Stormzy, who we got during lockdown and like most cat owners these are our fur babies. We did try and get them used to going to the cattery from a young age but Stormzy especially hated it and got really stressed as he loves having the freedom to roam outdoors. So last year I started looking for a local cat sitting service and came across My 3 Cats who have been our saviour! They offer an extremely professional service, they do an initial home visit to meet you and your cats to familiarise themselves with your home, pets, routines etc. Sue and Kimberly have both looked after Dottie & Stormzy and they have really bonded. It's a very friendly, flexible service and we would be lost without them. I particulary like the app Time to Pet, it's very interactive, and when you're away the catsitter will send you a daily update report and photos which is fantastic. I cannot recommend My 3 Cats enough - your fur babies will be in very safe, reliable hands.

Fantastic cat sitting service by Wendy and the team. Sophy is a regular with my 2 ragdolls and takes the time to get to know them. I have 1grumpy, unsociable cat but she clearly loves Sophy who us so patient and she is the only visitor she bothers with, so that shows how good she is. The app is brilliant and I can book, pay and receive regular updates with photos so I know they are in safe hands.

We were quite worried about leaving Bob for the very first time when we went on holiday for 11 nights but we need not have worried. We really didn’t want him going in to a Cattery as we don’t think he would have liked it. Wendy was amazing and after a couple of days of Bob hiding under the bed he soon ventured out and got used to Wendy coming twice a day to feed him. We were regularly kept updated via the time to pet app with pictures & videos which was very reassuring & we actually found ourselves looking forward to the daily updates. I would highly recommend My Three Cats and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

We used my 3 cats to look after our 6 cats whilst we were on holiday. We had regular updates on each cat, and the meet and greet meant that our sitter got to know the cats beforehand. It was a brilliant experience and we will be back next time we go on holiday. I thoroughly recommend my 3 cats, our sitter was lovely and looked after our cats amazingly and we were reassured they were all happy and well each day. We even had photos of the cats every day.

Wendy has been looking after our cat Woody for over two years. I had been let down numerous times as Woody is diabetic and needs insulin injections twice a day. She was extremely willing to help us and we are extremely grateful to her for allowing us to be able to go away knowing he is in her safe hands. The daily updates are a reassurance along with photos. Woody can be a bit of a handful but Wendy always perseveres!

My cat is a rescue who I have had for 2 years. She can be quite antisocial and hasn't met many people due to covid so I was a bit worried about using a cat sitter for a week. My Three Cats were recommended by a number of friends. I was quite anxious for the first few days as I haven't left her before but shouldnt have worried. My cat sitter sent twice daily messages and photos and Casey really warmed to her. I could relax for the rest of my holiday. I will definitely use them again and will recommend to my pet owning friends.

Wendy, Eloise and the whole team are absolutely amazing. I cannot rate them highly enough. After a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience with a local cattery, I came across My Three Cats and contacted the team. We had our free home visit and could tell they had such a genuine love for animals, our cats warmed to Wendy and Eloise straight away. We went through everything from feeding portions to their individual behaviours, we were asked whether we’d like our blinds opening and closing, general security checks of the windows etc. They just go above and beyond!! They send a photo/video every visit, give updates on their behaviour, food and drink - I just cannot fault them and thank them for their dedication to such a brilliant and personal service.

Carolyn took great care of our cat while we were away for the weekend. When we got home he was quite contented and happy, and definitely less stressed than he would have been if he’d had to go in his basket & in the car to a cattery. The price may initially seem expensive but your cat gets personal attention and you receive reassuring updates from every visit (via a user-friendly app). It’s also good to know there is someone regularly at your home when you are away. We’ll definitely be booking again.

My three cats provided a really professional, caring service whilst we were away. Our cat is new to us but old and needs a lot of TLC and Ellie provided all this and more, giving him loads of cuddles, play time and even opening and closing our curtains or putting our bin out. Wendy has looked after our cat, Milo on a number of occasions now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. Milo is a young cat who likes to go outside, so got frustrated the first few times we left him at home. Wendy has been fabulous, she has persevered with him and gone out of her way to play with him, give cuddles and learn what he likes.
